General Terms & Conditions
    • Sajan Parcels is incorporated and registered. All copyrights and trademarks are reserved.
    • Sajan Parcels trademarks cannot be used in connection with any products or services that are not provided by Sajan Parcels.
    • All contents, designs, a software of Sajan Parcels are copyrighted by Sajan Parcels.
    • Sajan Parcels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
    • All pricing structures and shipping prices are reserved for our customers only. We reserve the right to close, block, or shut down any accounts that are created by our competitors and its employees or affiliates.
    • At Sajan Parcels any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement and authority. If you believe you are or may be a victim of a fraudulence activity, please inform us immediately.
    • As a Sajan Parcels customer, you agree not to use our service for any illegal activities or any unlawful purposes.
    • The shipping rate and service are subjected to be changed. All shipping rates are estimated by our shipping partners (FedEx, DHL).
    • Customers must acknowledge that they will serve as the Importer of Record into the destination country for all transactions conducted using the services of SajanParcels.com.

Users Terms & Conditions
    • Must use a legal name, address, payment provider, and legal information.
    • Must be over 18-year-old.
    • Must not use our service for any illegal activity or violate any law.
    • All payments must be authorized by your own financial account. No third party payment allowed.
    • The available payment methods may vary depending on country.
    • Once Sajan Parcels receive a package addressed with your name , you will be notified by email and a picture of your package(s) will be visible from your dashboard once logged into your Sajanparcels.com account. From then on, you will be able to store your available packages up to 30 days with no charge and wait for more packages to come, so you can consolidate and save money on final shipping to your address Or you could proceed directly to the shipment of your package to your home country address once completed the quick steps from your dashboard and pay for shipping and Sajan services.
    • After the free storage expires, packages will be kept for an additional 60 days with rent of INR 200/day and customer can mail it out any time after paying all due storage fees. Package is permanently removed after 60 days from the customer account.
    • Permanently removed packages are disposed by Sajan Parcels.
    • All packages will be shipped via our available shipping methods. 
    • We reserved the right to close or suspend any account at our own discretion due to fraudulence activity or any illegal activities. All illegal activities will be reported to the Indian authority and law enforcement.
    • In case of a refund of your deposit, a 5% transaction fee will be applied.

Import & Export Terms & Conditions
    • All items being exported or imported must meet the compliance of the US Department of Commerce, US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs Border Protection.
    • All items being export or imported must follow the regulation of our shipping carriers. If items do not meet the requirement or are considered Prohibited items, we will not be able to ship the items.
    • Any illegal contents, material, and goods will be turned to the US authority and law enforcement for any needed investigation.
    • Planet Express is not responsible for any duty and tax subject to any package being export. It is the sole duty of the recipient to pay for the tax and duty of packages upon receiving in his/her country. All packages are sent as Delivery Duty Unpaid.
    • The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. These estimated delivery dates are based on major/popular countries only. The actual time for the package delivery to each country may vary.
    • Customers are responsible for customs clearance. Planet Express will assist customers with the process if necessary. It is the clients responsibility to properly fill out and declare all items in the customs declaration. If filled incorrectly and customs requests an amended declaration there will be a $15 fee to submit the updated customs declaration.

Insurance & Claim Term & Condition
    • Insurance value for the package can’t be exceeded the actual value of the items. Customs declarations are used to determine the claim insurance value. Retailer actual invoice is required for all insurance and claims requests including lost package during transit, in the warehouse, or damage & missing items.
    • Only for the lost or not delivered package, the cost of postage will be refunded. For damage or not claimed packages, partial postage may be refundable but not full postage cost.
    • Insurance does not cover for sentimental value items, collectible items, jewelry, or precious stone, precious metal.
    • The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. These estimated delivery dates are base on major/popular countries only. The actual time for the package delivered to each country may vary.

For “Not Entered Package Claim”
    • If a package is not entered into your account within 1-2 business days, file the “Not Entered Package” claim.
    • The claim must be filed within 10 days of the package delivery date.

For “Lost or Damaged Package during shipping”
FedEx
    • The claim can be initiated after 10 days from the initial shipping date.
    • Please allow 30-90 days after the claim is filed for the carrier to process.
DHL
    • The claim can be initiated after 10 days from the initial shipping date.
    • Please allow 30-90 days after the claim is filed for the carrier to process.

No Waiver
Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Sajan Parcels.

Delay in Shipping
Sajan Parcels shall not be liable to any party for any delay or failure due to: acts of God, war, transportation difficulties, labor strikes, natural disasters, riots, telecommunications or information services infrastructure, hacking, spam, any failure of a computer, server, or software, or acts or omissions of vendors or suppliers beyond the control of Sajan Parcels.
Sometimes Sajan Parcels need more time to locate your package in our warehouse. Sajan Parcels cannot offer any additional compensation for the delay in locating and process of your package. . If we send a package to an address not listed on your account, we will do everything we can to get the package to the correct address. We will cover the cost of shipping and handling, but we will not compensate for delays or inconvenience. If we cannot get package to the correct person we will compensate for the content, our fees and postage.

Problems with Delivery to the Sajan Parcels Facility
You are responsible for confirming that the contents of the package that arrived in our warehouse is what you ordered from the merchant. Sajan Parcels provide photos of the outside of each incoming package so you can ascertain if the correct package is received and whether or not the address and tracking number are accurate.
Sajan Parcels will close accounts of customers who fill out customs forms and ask us to mail out packages that were checked into their suite in error and belong to a different customer.
In the event of a shipping error, you agree to immediately notify Sajan Parcels so that the error can be corrected.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the case of a lost or damaged package please access your account to file a claim. False claims will be charged minimum $5 plus MisterShopUSA’s investigation expenses.
All claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported to MisterShopUSA within 10 days otherwise they will be automatically denied.
Packages are insured by a combination of carrier shipping insurance and MisterShopUSA’s private insurance. Insurance for packages lost in the warehouse or lost during shipping will be valued based on the completed customs declaration.
You may be asked to submit additional information detailing item contents and/or value of the merchandise during the claims process.
Orders that are lost or damaged before arriving at DesiCart warehouse will be handled in accordance with Seller’s lost or damaged policy. Items lost or damaged while in the possession of DesiCart, will be handled in accordance with DesiCart insurance policy (additional charges apply). Items lost or damaged during shipment from DesiCart warehouse to Customer address will be handled in accordance with shipping company policy.
Sajan Parcels will not be responsible for lost, theft, missing or damaged packages during transit and you will have to raise a claim with courier company yourself.

Liability
Sajan Parcels total responsibility to customer for shipped packages shall not exceed the amount of shipping fees.
Customer shall indemnify and hold Sajan Parcels harmless from any and all claims, including legal fees incurred in defending against said claims from third parties arising out of the transmission of the package/mail sent by customer through Sajan Parcels.
Sajan Parcels shall not be responsible for any damage from an error or omission caused by you providing false or incorrect information or for failing to provide all necessary information.
You can cancel your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. We can cancel your account or otherwise refuse service to you at any time for any reason.

Shipping
Sajan Parcels ships only by the shipping methods offered in the “Pricing” page shown on SajanParcels.com.
You are welcome to use the Shipping calculator to get the quote for your approximate weight before placing any order. Then have your packages shipped to our warehouse. Sajan Parcels is not responsible for the actual shipping service that is chosen by you. All terms and conditions of the selected shipping service (FedEx, DHL etc.) apply to you. You are responsible for assuring that the shipping of your package is not restricted by its contents, size or volume.
The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. These dates are based on major and/or popular countries only. The actual time for the package delivery to each country may vary.
Sajan Parcels does not accept prepaid labels for shipping, with the exception of returns to the original shipper or merchant.
Sajan Parcels does not ship packages to other package forwarders.
You authorize Sajan Parcels to open packages and check the content of the package (for illegal goods) or any practical reason.
We take good care of your belongings and items will be repacked as soon as inspected.
In the event of a shipping error, you agree to immediately notify Sajan Parcels so that the error can be corrected.
Any problems associated with a received package must be reported to Sajan Parcels customer service within 10 days of delivery.

Detail Photo of Packages
Two photos of each package is covered in our Consolidation fee. But upon your request with extra fees, Sajan Pacels will take detailed photo of the contents in a package. This gives you a clear picture of the size, color etc of the product and helps to confirm the merchandise is correct and is in good condition before requesting shipping. 

Unboxing video of Packages
Upon your request and for small fee, Sajan Pacels will take Unboxing Video of the contents in a package. This Unboxing Video will be shared Via Watsapp to your registered mobile number.

Consolidation
Sajan Parcel is not responsible for items missing from a consolidated package without proof that the missing item was received by us. Accordingly, we strongly urge you to add the “Additional Photo” or “Unboxing Video” option to check and photograph the contents of each package upon arrival and before ship out, to allow you to confirm that all expected items are accounted for. All photos or unboxing videos shoud be requested prior or at the time of consolidation from your Sajan Parcels customer dashboard. The consolidation of packages will not reset the storage time. Storage will be based on the first/oldest package to arrive at Sajan Parcels in the consolidation.
Unless you request otherwise, we will remove all catalogs during consolidation. Catalogs add weight to your package and shipping costs. Most customers want them removed.

Online & In-Person Purchase Assistance
Sajan Parcels can assist you with purchasing products from Indian online stores or from stores in-person. This helps customers to get products from stores that don’t accept your payment from abroad. However, we are not responsible for the quality of goods, warranties, delivery issues, back up orders, etc.Sajan Parcels won’t be responsible if the purchase cannot be made for any reason.     • We will not be responsible for lost, theft, damage to packages during transit and  you will have to raise a claim with courier company yourself

    • While Dispatching Of Goods If The Parcel Was Damaged Is There Any Replacement Of Goods?
The Parcel will be properly packed under your supervision to your satisfaction. We are not responsible for the damage of the goods intransit
    • What Does Clearance Delay Mean in International Shipments?
Most international shipments are required to go through a customs clearance procedure. When this happens, a clearance delay may occur which slows down the clearance process and delivery of the goods. We are not responsible for such delays as it is beyond our control.

Is it good to send fragile items?
As mentioned on the site, UBT doesn’t provide packaging services. You can send fragile items by properly packing the stuff on your end but still there’s a possibility that the fragile items might get damaged in the transit.
